- Appointments are conducted via secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth video platform using your computer, tablet, or smartphone

- Discuss the history of presenting problem, your psychiatric history, medical history, family history, and social history
- Present detailed explanation of assessment and diagnostic impression, along with treatment options.

- Regular follow-up appointments scheduled as needed per treatment plan
- Approximately 15 to 45 minutes
- Progress will be evaluated
- Any medication side effects addressed
- Treatment plans will be monitored and modified as needed to establish the best possible outcomes toward treatment goals

- Medication management appointments are visits used to treat drug-responsive mental health disorders
- These appointments assess the need for treatment with medications, the provision of a prescription, and ongoing monitoring related to the use of medication
- Frequency of appointments will be based on the monitoring needs from the perspective of both efficacy and safety
